Work with Us

We hire both experienced & new stylists and provide them with what they need at the different stages of their careers. We look for positive, self motivated people that love learning and don’t need to be managed. Nobody likes to manage and nobody wants to be managed.

What we offer

Experienced Stylists

If you've built a clientele in the past, you probably have most of the technical, customer service and business building skills you need. What you may still need though are:

  • More clients

  • A different type of clientele

  • Control over your own career

  • A supportive environment with easy going co-workers

  • Access to great education so you can justify regular price increases

Our busy experienced stylists have a lot of freedom when it comes to schedule, pricing and how they work, unless it negatively affects other people in the salon. If you want to talk about working with us, click the Apply for Work button and tell us a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for.

Newer Stylists

Most new stylists that haven't built a full clientele need a steady stream of new clients and support that includes technical and customer service training along with business building skills.

If you're fresh out of school or a few years into your career and not busy, you won't get as much freedom as our experienced stylists. In our experience, coming into the salon only when you have a client and setting your own prices with no guidance will hurt your early career development.

Stylists with limited salon experience and spotty books need to be present more so they can build quickly and stay immersed in learning by watching and doing. That doesn’t mean you have sit in the salon all day with nothing to do, but being present on a regular schedule will help you build. Building a thriving clientele and making great money isn't as easy as some beauty schools make it out to be, but it's totally doable if you're in the right place and have a learner’s mindset.

The busier you are the more freedom you get. We have cutting and color training programs for you, along with social media, business building and customer service advice that can help jump start the career you want.

If you’re a relatively new, (or brand new!), stylist and want to talk about working with us, click the Apply for Work button and fill out the form to get started.
