Keith Kristofer is located just West of MoPac (Loop 1), on Bee Cave Road in the Mira Vista Shopping Center. We're in the same parking lot as Sprouts and Panera Bread.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Mopac, exit Mopac just South of Town Lake at the Rollingwood/F.M. 2244 exit, drive West on Bee Cave Road (F.M. 2244) to the first stop light (Edgegrove) and turn left into the Mira Vista shopping center. Look for the big blue SALON sign down at the very end of the building.
From Loop 360, exit 360 at the Bee Cave/F.M. 2244 exit and drive East to the last stoplight before MoPac (Edgegrove). Turn right into the Mira Vista shopping center and look for the big blue SALON sign down at the very end of the building..
From IH-35, exit Ben White (U.S. 71) and go West to Mopac North (Loop 1 North). On Mopac, exit the Westlake/Rollingwood exit (it will be your second exit) and turn left on F.M. 2244 (Bee Cave Rd.) Head West on Bee Cave and turn left at the first stop light (Edgegrove Street) into the Mira Vista shopping center. Look for the big blue SALON sign down at the very end of the building.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you purchase something here and don't like it, bring it back and we'll exchange it for something you do like, or we'll give you your money back. We really do want to keep you happy.
That said, if you bring back something that's empty and tell us you didn't like it, we're probably going to look at you funny. Likewise, if a year's gone by and you bring back a bottle of shampoo, we might talk about you after you leave.
By and large, we cheerfully take back products you don't like and we work like the devil to re-do or modify services you aren't happy with. We take unhappy customers very seriously.
Cancellations
We don't require our clients to pay in advance to schedule appointments, with the exception of hair extension consultations and "Day of Beauty" appointments where multiple staff members are being scheduled. We do ask that you call 48 hours in advance to cancel or move your appointments. The more warning we get the better, that way we can re-book the time and our staff can get paid.
We understand that everyone occasionally forgets or has emergency schedule changes, so your first no-show is "on the house". Your second no-show is also on the house, but is definitely not cool. After your second no-show, you will be required to pay in advance by credit card to book your next appointment.
Children in the Salon
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service. Please do not bring infants in strollers or carriers. There are bowls of color, sharp scissors, and hot styling tools that are occassionally dropped. Some people get offended when their small child isn't welcome, but it's for your child's safety and so we don't have to meet your attorneys.
Pricing for children's services is generally below that of adults, but if your child has a full head of thick hair they will be charged adult pricing, because the length of time it takes to perform the service is the same as for an adult.
Pets
No pets in the Salon. We know you love em, but others might not, and Texas Licensing rules for salons don't allow it. Thank you.
