KERASTASE TREATMENTS

There is a Kerastase treatment designed for every hair condition.  From taming frizz, to adding luster, to repairing damage done by chemical services or excessive heat styling, the Kerastase treatment line has something for everyone. Treatments are designed for application in a specific order.  The first priority is repairing any existing damage, since it doesn't make sense to apply a moisture or shine treatment to hair that is breaking.  The second priority in the treatment arsenal is moisture.  When hair is in good condition structurally and has sufficient moisture, shine treatments can be applied.  Applying treatments out of order can be a waste of money.  

Our stylists will be able to determine the appropriate treatment regimen for you after evaluating your hair.  Treatments are $35.00 purchased alone or $20.00 as an addition to any color service.

REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION TREATMENTS   (In Salon Only)

Concentre Vita-Ciment     $35    ($20 with color)
Recommended for weakened, damaged hair, this treatment is used to strengthen the interior structure of the hair where chemical processing occurs. Great for hair that is tangled due to damage and when breakage is occurring.  Repairs hair and adds some shine and silkiness.

Concentre Vita-Ciment Top Seal    $35   ($20 with color)
This treatment works hand in hand with Vita Ciment.  After the internal structure is strengthened, strengthening the cuticle layer with this treatment is the next step.  Until hair is strong and restructured, and has sufficient moisture, products are just band-aids and hair will continue to deteriorate and break.  Strong hair is your first line of defense and a priority.

Injection de Force     $35   ($20 with color)
This is a pre-color treatment meant for very damaged hair.  It can be used on damp or dry hair prior to a color service to help prevent further chemical damage to hair. This product is great for use in color correction services where hair has under gone many chemical services and has been severely compromised.

MOISTURIZING TREATMENTS   (In Salon Only)

Aqua Oleum    $35   ($20 with color)
A moisture treatment for normal to dry hair. Will restore supple hair with great shine.

Oleo Fusion    $35   ($20 with color)
Maximum moisture treatment for very dry hair. This is a more intense moisture with additional nourishing ingredients and anti-dryness protection. Leaves hair soft with incredible shine.

Pixelist     $35   ($20 with color)
This special treatment is recommended for healthy color treated hair. It is designed to seal in color and protect the color from fading.  It also adds shine.

Chroma Perfect     $35   ($20 with color)
This little pink tub is your best friend if your hair is color treated.  Designed primarily to add shine, the treatment is applied after the color service and works on the surface of the hair shaft.

TREATMENTS INCLUDED WITH COLOR SERVICES   (In Salon and Take Home)

Any one of the following treatments can be provided complementary with each color service you receive at Keith Kristofer Salon. These treatments are also available for retail purchase.

Nutridefense, Masquintense Fine and Masquintense Thick
These masques are great conditioning agents to add moisture, shine, and supplements to hair. Hair will be silky smooth and well moisturized. Your stylist will help select the perfect one for your hair type and texture.

Age Recharge and Care Volumactive
These are wonderful conditioning treatments for clients who "never" use a conditioner because it weighs their hair down. Fine hair can be difficult since it easily turns limp and heavy. Not conditioning your hair is like washing your face and not moisturizing your skin.  You hair will become dry, dull, and lifeless.  On occasion, your hair will actually become oily because your body tries to moisturize the scalp and overcompensates.  These conditioners are virtually weightless and protect hair from free radicals while "plumping" the hair.

Chroma Reflect and Chroma Riche Masque
These masques are specifically designed for healthy color treated hair. They vary in degrees of moisture, but more importantly, both are meant to help extend the life of your color and shine until your next service. They also provide UV filters.

Oleo Relax and Oleo Curl
These two masques are designed to ease the styling issues inherent in curly hair and to tame frizz.
