This depends on who you see.   Our salon is a team based salon, which means you may have two people applying your color at the same time.  If you have an appointment with one of our Level I stylists, you will most likely work with only that stylist.  If you are working with a Level II stylist, you may be shampooed and possibly finished by a second person.  If you are working with a Level III stylist, you will almost certainly be working with the stylist and an associate.  This is just the way we work.  It works for us and like we said, it's really about a team approach to customer service.  If you prefer to have only one person complete all aspects of your service, be sure to mention this when scheduling an appointment and we will accomodate you.
