If you purchase something here and don't like it, bring it back and we will cheerfully exchange it for something you do like or give you your money back.  We don't like paying for stuff we don't like either and we really do want to keep you happy. 

On the other hand, if you bring back something that's all but empty and tell us you didn't like it, we're probably going to look at you funny.  Likewise, if a year's gone by and you bring back a bottle of open shampoo, we're going to talk about you after you leave.

By and large though, we cheerfully take back products you don't like.  We take unhappy customers very very seriously.
