Client Bill of Rights
Our staff was challenged to come up with a client bill of rights. The owners didn't do this, the service providers did. Here's what they came up with.
As a client at Keith Kristofer, I have the right:
- to be the most important person in the salon
- to have the best cut, color and conditioning treatment I can get anywhere
- to NOT know when my stylist is having a bad day
- to feel better walking out than when I came in
- to know how to take care of my hair after I leave
- to have a consistently great atmosphere
- to have a gracious host
- to get my money's worth
- to get consistently great service
- to have a great consultation every time I'm in, not just the first time
- to listen to good music (subjective and completely dependent on which staff member picks the playlist)
- to have all my friends be jealous of me
